Pong History Loop

"Pong History Loop" is a single-player take on the arcade classic Pong that takes players on a trip through the history of video games. It begins 1972 with the original Pong and concludes with our own reimagining of Pong for the GMTK Game Jam 2025: you try to keep the ball in a circular arena, collect coins and activate checkpoints to solve the levels. Each level is a homage to an important game of the history, such as PacMan, Minecraft, Portal and more. It shows how games evolve and reinvent themselves in an endless loop.
